Who am I? 

Hi, I’m Dr. Ryan Gamble.

I’m a proud husband to Kerry and dad to our amazing daughter, Oona.

 

My plant-based journey started 6 years ago after struggling with weight and disordered eating.

 

Switching to a whole food plant-based diet was a game-changer for me!

 

I was finally able to break my food addiction and my disordered eating habits disappeared.  I was finally able to eat as much as I wanted without feeling guilty or bloated. Can you believe that?! 

I was so excited about how much better I felt that I focused my PhD research on the science of nutrition.

 

I found out that plant-based eating helps with many health problems AND can alleviate symptoms of several chronic diseases, including type 2 diabetes.

The best part? I help people DRAMATICALLY improve their health with this same approach.
